He is working well. I just called and they responded fast.
Excellent Foods, new items are yummy!
Dominican food. The dish to try Mofongo. Very good
This place was amazing back in the days. It’s mostly fried Dominican food. But last few years they have change many things and the way the making the food. Don’t even taste good.
Nothing is the same anymore. Underwhelming mofongo. Papa rellena dropping oil. Raw onions. I think the only thing wothe getting is chicharron con yuca skip the onions
What can I say about la cabana. It is the best I’m Dominican food mofo go is one of the best I have tried and the chicharrón de pollo is just yummy. Ambience is good and very loud which I like. Bachata and happy waiters.
has a better food !!
They have the best mofongo
I'm doing keto lifestyle eating and the chicharrones de pollo w tostones is perfect for this. Also roast pork is available. They have the most well known appetizers and meats in Dominican cooking. The men that run the kitchen know their meats. The tostones we off the hook. Will come back to try their other food and adjust rating.
The best mofongo. In queens
Yummy yummy!! The best Mofongo and Chicharrones
Love this place it's like being D.R
Delicious food and a great selection of wine. The staff is super friendly and always welcoming
Well good is good if you like fried food, my only issues is parking, you will struggle to find an spot. Nice chicharrón, mofongo was better, but overall a good place for a quick bite.
Great Domincan food
Food good think place look ghetto.
Typical authentic Dominican spot. Great if you’re trying to get quick food with great portion. Recommend their mofongo’s or fried chicken chunks. The server will take your order but up to you to get your drinks from the fridge. Minus one star as the few times I’ve been here the food is not hot, warm to room temp.
Dominican Finger foods, fast and the guys are super nice. They serve beer and sodas, it's a bit small but cozy and they play Spanish music while you eat. :)
Great as always been coming here over 30 just gets better very time!!!!!!!! Just a little more expensive than before 😉😉
Good food and excelente service, best chicharrón in all ny
It wasn't too crowded when I went about 2pm
It's a very popular restaurant, especially on Christmas day! Service was eh, the cashier wasn't the friendliest. Also, our order was a bit messed up-- we ordered sweet plantains but we ended up getting fried; ordered pork chicharron, but I think we got chicken instead. But the food was nice and hot, and great portions! Phenomenal food nonetheless.
If you're into the occasional fast food, fried food - comfort food thing, than this is the place for you. Great food, great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. If you're not into the whole noisy atmosphere thing, than it might not be for you. Fried pork chunks, pork grinds, blood sausage, fried boneless chicken chunks, Yuka, plantains and of course mofongo. I love this place. Oh,and beer...
Love this restaurant! Perfect place for antojitos Dominicano.. The stuff makes you feel welcome and at home when you’re there. They have the og Dominican soda Country club😍. I try to eat at la cabaña whenever I’m near and can. They usually have music in the background playing, it could be a bit lower but it’s lovely. Friendly stuff and fast service. They’re price and menu changed a bit, a few dollars more but the food quality and quantity are worth it. Definitely recommend this place to everyone Dominican or not! Only thing that I wish was different was the space, it’s a bit small but sits a decent amount of people. Also the only thing that isn’t served here are rice and beans 💔, everything else you’re most likely to find. I hope you enjoy your experiences here as much as I do when I visit 😊
Love this place, it’s my go to for a mofongo and some delicious fritura!!
This restaurant by far is my favorite fritura place!!!!! I always used to go there with my parents when I was younger and now I still go there with my fiance and kids and they still make banging food! I love it! They never disappoint me.
The litty litty
Great food with very good customer service
Good food and strong customer service
Is a small place so busy you have to wait for a table but is worth it,food is so fresh and delicious. Baked Chicken with yuca is my favorite but I had tried almost verything and never fails me it amazing taste.
Seriously who doesn't love this place?? I've been coming here as a kid and the food just gets better and better.
This is my favorite spot. Real good Argentinian steak well done
The best mofongo de chicharro anyone can find in Corona 😋
The food is super delicious, if you come from any where in the world, you have to come here and try it.
I like this place a little cozy and great food!!!
Food here is delicious, friendly staff.
Great taste, can't go wrong with a great Dominican restaurant.
Nice family place for a quick bite friendly staff, close to public transportation. Beer is available and inexpensive.
Good food, been going here for years. Great service, they’re really patient. Also sanitary, and they’re quick with the food.
Food was great ! Service a little weird... almost like I was suppose to know what to order by the way the staff were acting. Besides that the food was hands down great, I felt like I was in DR eating good fried food with merengue playing in the restaurant. I will definitely go again.
Great small Dominican restaurant with quality food, is like a fast food restaurant because everything is already done and you don't have to wait long for your food to arrive . Most of the food is fried. Is varies from pastelitos, mofongo, tostones, fried chicken, fried pork, fried beef, fried fish and much more.
If you're looking for delicious fried Dominican delicacies this is the place to go The fried pork is the most delicious thing on the menu. You can't go wrong with anything you order but don't plan on counting calories and the great selections of Dominican beer and drinks as well as other international drinks. Grab yourself a Presidente or a country club if you're not into beer the red flavor is my favorite and enjoy an empanada while you wait for your food to come fast service and friendly staff
If you in NYC and want a taste of the best mofongo, don't look any further. The place is small and is not the fanciest but is all about the food, delicious. They serve most of the Dominican fried quisine, pork, chicken, plantains, yuca and more but their specialty is the mofongo. I have ate mofongo in different places nothing beats the cabaña.
Their food is always fresh and delicious, many years ago we bought a whole pig for a holiday there best ever.
In my opinion they have the best chicharrón in all ny
The Best Mangu Con Salami I Ever Had In Life 🤤😍💯🇩🇴
I always NEED to visit La Cabana when I visit NY. It's one of my childhood favorites. The place is still as I remember it. Delicious Dominican street food but served to you. You can complete with an iced cold beer or one of those delicious Red bottle drinks. Fast service and good food. I ordered fried Yuca, they were not that great. Not prepared the right way but all the rest was GREAT!
If you want that original dominican hood food this is the spot. No rice no beans tho....but plenty of other even better things.
Omg there the food is delicious when I say delicious delicious
They used to be great: great food, great prices, great customer service. Now, not so much. The prices are high and the food rations have shrinked. But what makes me reconsider going there again is the fact that for the carry-out food sometimes they give you food that has been sitting there for a while. That didn't happened before, and now it happens often. It's a shame how this place has changed for the worse.
I really was not a fan of this place. We got the mofongo with chuletas, as well as some plantains on the side. The mofongo and chuletas were incredibly dry, but at the same time they made me feel absolutely plump -- not in a good way. The plantains were just plantains. The highlight was my Modelo.
